Ensure initiatives follow the IT project lifecycle, approval gates, and escalation processes, applying enhanced oversight for large, complex, key priorities or strategic initiatives, including milestone reviews, executive visibility, readiness reviews, and go/no-go checkpoints. Partner closely with IT Directors, Solutions Architect, and technical delivery leads to align schedules, balance capacity constraints, remove execution blockers, and ensure smooth handoffs from requirements to implementation.
