Duties: Responsible for serving as the technical owner for ITAM capabilities within ServiceNow, evolving HAM Pro and SAM Pro capabilities, aligning ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph, and supporting CSDM and enterprise data strategy. Partners with IT, finance, procurement, operations, vendors, Information Security, and compliance teams to improve asset visibility, strengthen risk posture, identify software license compliance risks, and uncover cost optimization opportunities.
