EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Technical Degree Preferred + At least two-years of supervisory experience + Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred + Manufacturing experience in a low volume high mix environment + Production Planning experience desirable + Experience with ERP systems preferred, especially JD Edwards + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
