RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care to women at various stages of pregnancy, and labor in the Labor and Delivery Unit, triage area and operating suites to service women delivering by C-section, conducting DNE and DNC, tubal ligations, caring for patients in a three-bed recovery area, and may be floated to Mother-Baby Unit. RNs will be responding to obstetric emergencies, supporting pain management strategies such as epidural care, providing education and emotional support to patients and families, and ensuring safe transitions to postpartum or newborn care.
