This is a highly collaborative role that involves balancing a variety of moving pieces, including client appointments, staff coverage, transportation, recovery meetings, work development, housing and independent living activities, 1:1 support, therapeutic coaching, grocery and personal shopping, medication verifications, new admissions, and other program needs. Those responsibilities stay very close to the formal JD, which expressly includes maintaining the Master Schedule, adjusting CSS schedules, responding to scheduling communications, assisting Admissions with records requests, audits, and staff-meeting communication.
