Cloud ownership has now been consolidated within my team, and our objective is to rebuild the platform in parallel using Infrastructure as Code, migrate workloads incrementally into the new platform, and ultimately retire the legacy estate. Alongside the application estate, there are shared services and dependencies including Entra ID integration, Active Directory services, Azure Virtual Desktop, domain controllers, VMs and other supporting infrastructure.
