Manages the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains (e.g., systems, applications, network, databases, storage, security) by performing complex systems analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement. The Epic Systems Analyst V supports the Clinical Care and Patient Engagement Technologies organization by serving as a consultant-level subject matter expert responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of KP HealthConnect applications.
