The incumbent is accountable for consolidating a fragmented seven-data-center footprint, establishing a cloud-first landing zone, rebuilding recovery capability against a revenue exposure measured in millions of dollars per day, and delivering reliable connectivity across a geographically dispersed, rural-serving network. This role exists to modernize the Health System out of a legacy, capital-intensive, on-premises operating model and into a resilient, consumption-based infrastructure that can be recovered in hours rather than weeks.
