Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field OR high school diploma/GED plus four (4) years of relevant experience (including skilled trades, field supervision, or construction leadership) in construction/utility/infrastructure project delivery. Equivalent military leadership experience in facilities, utilities, civil engineering, construction, public works, base operations, maintenance, logistics, safety, or mission-critical infrastructure will be considered in lieu of traditional degree pathways.
