Work in partnership with the Deputy Dean for Collaborative Excellence, BBS leadership (Director of BBS, Assistant Dean for the BBS Program, and Faculty Director of BBS Collaborative Excellence), and the Associate Dean for Student Engagement and Development at GSAS, to develop a strategic framework for recruitment, retention, and professional development that aligns with both the mission of OCE and the goals of GSAS and BBS. Work in partnership with the OCE Deputy Dean, Director of BBS, Assistant Dean for the BBS Program, and Faculty Director for BBS Collaborative Excellence, to reevaluate the current mission, structure, and priorities of the Yale BBS Development and Involvement Community (YBDIC) to ensure strategic alignment with OCE, GSAS, and BBS missions, along with optimization of efficiency and use of resources.
