Partnering closely with Development, Procurement, Construction, and Capital Deployment, this role provides early-stage cost intelligence, design-build/preconstruction perspective, contractor engagement, conceptual budgeting, market analysis, and procurement planning to support faster, more informed development and capital deployment decisions. Support early-stage speculative and BTS developments through feasibility analyses, conceptual design input, conceptual budgeting, contractor engagement, project planning and cost intelligence to improve development velocity, project readiness, cost predictability, and pursuit decision-making.
