Ability to lead cross-functionally across clinical, operational, technical, revenue cycle, compliance, and executive teams by building trust, aligning priorities, resolving tradeoffs, and translating complex business and care delivery needs into clear application decisions. At least seven (7) years of people leadership experience, including experience leading managers, analysts, product teams, implementation teams, support teams, or cross-functional application delivery teams.
