The Expert Software Engineer is responsible for providing development, enhancement, operational support, optimization, and long-term sustainment of Jefferson's AI-powered Human Resources Service Delivery platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Workday integrations, SharePoint knowledge services, and associated Microsoft cloud technologies. Expert Software Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for supporting and expanding this strategic platform — working across application development, AI enablement, integrations, support operations, platform optimization, automation, incident resolution, technical debt management, release management, and ongoing innovation of the HR Service Delivery ecosystem.
