This position will be accountable for operating its area as a business establishing clear performance metrics, financial accountability, resource planning, service portfolio management, talent development, vendor management, and operational governance, and continuous modernization of the technology environment at Coke Florida and the associates shared services of its holding company. The Director, IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, is responsible for leading the strategy, performance and day-to-day operations of Coke Florida's enterprise infrastructure services, end-user support, collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, service management and operational technology support.
