Demonstrated ability to independently support multiple production systems, owning availability, runbooks and test plans, vendor coordination, patching and upgrades, backup validation, and incident post-mortems. This role provides day-to-day technical support, coordinates with business stakeholders and vendors, contributes to project delivery and testing, and maintains operational documentation and runbooks.
