2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams (Teams Rooms, telephony) • Proficient in Cisco conferencing systems (Webex, SIP/H.323 endpoints) • Experience with Crestron AV control systems and Polycom Studio X50 • Familiarity with AV over IP, HDMI/HDBaseT, and signal flow for video/audio • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments • Experience supporting executive-level users with high responsiveness and professionalism • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory MACD, and ServiceNow • Experience with MDM and mobile security platforms (e.g., Intune) • Cloud experience with Azure (server builds, SaaS services) • Working knowledge of Intune, BOX, Okta, and various SaaS providers • Strong networking skills (IP, DNS, ports) and familiarity with SAN/NAS storage • Capable of imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting printers, computers, and servers • Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, on-prem servers, and workstation hardware.
