Duties and Responsibilities: Directs warehousing activities for organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Ensures that the warehouse operates safely at all times while working at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. Establishes warehouse practices, protocols, and operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, disposition of materials, and maintenance of warehouse inventory by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
