Design, deploy, and maintain Windows systems (Windows server 2016 and above), virtualization environments (vSphere 7/8, ESXi, and Hyper-V), DHCP, DNS, NTP, CA, cross-forest, multiple-Domain Active Directory, GPOs, local backups, print services, and other core infrastructure components in an enterprise environment. Oversees and assists users with a multitude of PC problems and tasks including, but not limited to, printer settings, desktop settings, logon issues, drive mappings, projector setup, etc.
