The Operations Director will develop, implement and manage the operating budget and manufacturing plan which meets the total cost, quality and delivery needs of our customer: Develop and execute the long-term operations strategy to support business growth, scalability, operational excellence, and future manufacturing capacity. Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives by eliminating waste, optimizing processes, reducing lead times, and partnering with Engineering and production teams to engineer product cost improvements.
