Knowledge of all versions of Windows operating systems and servers, including installation, troubleshooting, and networking, knowledge of network administration, internet network connectivity troubleshooting, basic AD management, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, network cabling (CAT 5e, CAT 6, jack terminations), phone installation, and VOIP systems (Avaya IP 500), voice mail configuration, printing (Xerox/HP), computer hardware setup (Dell desktop, laptops, and servers). Technical certifications (MCSE, CCNA, A+, NET+) preferred Two (2) years related experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment, with a working knowledge of computers and business software application programs and experience with in-house processing systems.
