Internship, student, in school, or desktop support all count - 0-1+ years of IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support preferred) - Experience working in a ticketing system - Basic OS knowledge (Linux preferred) - High-level understanding of networking, storage, or scripting - Able to lift ~35 lbs - Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment - Prior data center experience (enterprise-scale is a plus, not required) Day-to-Day - Troubleshooting and repairing servers - Hardware diagnostics and component replacement - Working tickets for incident management - Supporting project and capacity work - Very hands-on, physical role (fixing things daily) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
