Works, coordinates, supervises the activities of the employees engaged in maintenance and repair work of buildings physical structure, of ground and utility systems to include plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical work, refrigeration air conditioning, ventilating, heating, steam and mechanical systems. Including: sewerage problems, demolition assignments, minor equipment installations, patient bed repair, dietary equipment repair, ceiling/light bulb/cove/floor tile replacement, roof/sidewalk repair.
