Under the direction of the General Manager, the Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for managing the cost, submittals, logistics, labor and project tasks with a specialized focus on delivery in response to specific contract statements of work as proposed to federal government agencies. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of custodial services at Joint Base Charleston in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Service Summary (SS), and applicable Department of the Air Force (DAF), DoD, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
