The supervisor is assigned specific locations that they will hire and train new employees, fill in when they cannot make it to work, and inspect behind when the work is completed. Starting pay is $15/hr for a 60-90 day probation period and then it will go up to $16.00/hr when the individual is able to work independently with full knowledge of the buildings, schedules, company policies, and employee management procedures.
