Strong scientific training in at least one area directly relevant to the project, such as bioanalysis, metabolomics, drug metabolism, mechanistic ADME, enzymology, membrane transporter science, pharmacokinetics, or quantitative pharmacology, with demonstrated ability or interest in working across multiple scientific disciplines. The successful candidate will lead experimental and analytical research toward establishing a mechanistically qualified biomarker panel by integrating clinical biomarker analysis, multiplex LC-MS/MS bioanalysis, mechanistic ADME studies, pharmacokinetic data analysis, and physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling.
