Field Investigations: Lead end-to-end investigations for customer concerns involving harnesses, connectors, terminals, routing systems, hoses, tubing, fittings, clamps, seals, and fluid delivery systems, and determine root cause through data analysis, vehicle inspections, testing, teardown reviews, and engineering input. In the first 12 months, you will own investigations from issue identification through validated resolution, with success measured by faster root cause identification, reduced repeat issues, stronger corrective action effectiveness, and clearer alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Service, and Warranty teams.
