This position is responsible for directing all phases of the subcontracts from initiation, Request For Proposals (RFP's), proposals, terms/condition, negotiations, executing purchase orders, subcontract management of the suppliers, internal audits, cost accountability executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews and all associated metrics. The position will be responsible for Development and Production Contracting activities which includes but not limited to subcontracting of services, Change Requests, the Center Fuselage (including delivery execution), Teammate Furnished Equipment, and strategic long-term contracting efforts with Northrop Grumman.
