You Will: • Provides hands-on support and assistance to the Department Head in the following aspects: • Manage department performance and attain departmental goals • Manage and supervise department daily operation and staff performance • Provide coaching, on-the-job training, shadowing, guidance to department staff • Supervise Kitchen Deli Assistants, ensure fair distribution of work and daily checklists are strictly executed • Promoting teamwork and create an inclusive working environment.
