Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Scientific Partnerships, Product, Bioinformatics, R&D, and Operations to ensure successful project execution, enhance the customer experience, and continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of the genomics services business. They will bring experience from a genomics core facility, sequencing laboratory, or similar services environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting that requires balancing scientific excellence, customer needs, operational efficiency, and business priorities.
