The Kitchen/Direct Care at the Coastal Bend Men's Campus will lead students in the Kitchen, Prepare Menus, Shopping lists and keep track of Food inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, as well as monitor all Kitchen Equipment (Temperatures for Fridges/Freezers, ensure ovens, fryers, etc are in working order or requests submitted for repair/replacement) Will also be assigned Direct Care work on and off Campus, Leading On/Off Campus Work Details when Scheduled. Direct Care: Supervision (following staff check off list responsibilities), mentoring, and interacting with residents during various activities, which may include but is not limited to TC Curriculum, on/off Campus Work Details, free time, and recreational activities.
