THE DAY-TO-DAY: Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies. You will take and expedite drink orders, provide seamless table and bus service, and engage guests with warmth and energy while contributing to the elevated atmosphere, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality that define Skyfall Lounge.
