The Kitchen Director’s primary responsibilities are displaying TOTAL OWNERSHIP and accountability for the kitchen at all times (even when not present), creating and driving systems & processes that ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A’s Food Safety & Quality Requirements, coordinating the execution of daily Food Safety & Quality Assessments (daily eRQAs & 4 Safe Daily Criticals per day), conducting daily food safety walkthroughs, stewardship of facility & cleanliness of kitchen, conducting weekly Food Safety Assessments, preparing team for Quarterly QIVs & SAFE Visits, work with Assistant Kitchen Director to manage team member scheduling & training logistics, leadership development, AHA Timers, and Taste of Food CEMs metric. This leader must possess a high leadership capacity, meaning this individual can reduce complexity in the business and create systems and processes to drive consistent execution of Chick-fil-A’s Food Safety and Quality Requirements.
