Lead enterprise delivery across complex programs - Oversee cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, architecture, data, security, operations and vendors, ensuring programs are delivered with strong governance, clear accountability, measurable outcomes and thoughtful change management. Key partnerships: You will work closely with the Partner Resources Organization (PRO), Coffee House Excellence (CHE), data science, audit, security and vendor partners to deliver resilient, scalable and compliant solutions that support critical HR, payroll, talent, learning, compensation and partner experience capabilities.
