Location: On site at location listed in job posting SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join First Horizon as the Sales Enablement and Change Management Lead. The Sales Enablement and Change Management Lead will directly report to the SVP, Head of Banking Quality and Productivity. This role is pivotal in driving transformative change across multiple lines of business and focusing on enhancing sales processes and practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking operations, sales performance management, change management, internal communication needs, business transformation initiatives, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) implementation/modernization. This leader will be responsible for leading change management efforts for CRM modernization, quality improvement initiatives, sales tools and training rollout, and driving adoption and consistency of common sales practices across the lines of business and footprint. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Change Management Responsibilities: <ul><li> Manage the enterprise Change Management calendar; provide visibility to overlapping frontline associate impacts and upcoming high-impact changes; balance volume and timing to minimize change overload. </li></ul><ul><li> Lead change management for enterprise-scale Financial Services Cloud transformation across multiple lines of business. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner with stakeholders across the bank to drive adoption of sales tools, including a modernized CRM, for bankers and associates in all lines of business. </li></ul><ul><li> Coordinate UAT with Product/Technology and line-of-business SMEs; define acceptance criteria and test coverage. </li></ul><ul><li> Champion and support program communications, change activities, the Change Champion program, and knowledge management/training. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner on development and deployment of a communications strategy aligned to the change plan. </li></ul><ul><li> Package enablement kits for each release (playbooks, quick-start guides, FAQs, scenarios, videos). </li></ul><ul><li> Own go-live readiness: manage cutover plan and readiness checklist. </li></ul><ul><li> Orchestrate hypercare post-release (office hours, known issue update, sentiment check, rapid feedback intake). </li></ul><ul><li> Stand up adoption dashboards; track usage, report progress to senior leadership. </li></ul><ul><li> Maintain the Change Enablement internal site with resources and best practices for enterprise change experts. </li></ul> Sales Enablement Responsibilities: <ul><li> Responsible for driving consistency in adoption of the sales process and sales tools to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner with Regional and Line of Business Leaders on the annual sales goals setting process. </li></ul><ul><li> Ensures that the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources and skills to achieve sales targets and business objectives. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner with finance on sales reporting enhancements to enable leaders with key insights to coach and drive sales results. </li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred, PMP considered an asset Experience: <ul><li> 5-10 years of experience leading major change management initiatives, with technology change experience </li><li> Financial services experience strongly preferred </li></ul> Skills: <ul><li> Self-starter with a bias for action; anticipates needs and drives strategy through execution with minimal oversight. </li></ul><ul><li> Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. </li></ul><ul><li> Excellent communication, presentation and training skills. </li></ul><ul><li> Effective execution skills to ensure the successful delivery/implementation of the change management strategy. </li></ul><ul><li> Demonstrated experience implementing change management initiatives and making an impact in cross-functional groups, through influence and change principles. </li></ul><ul><li> Experience in sales performance change management is preferred. </li></ul><ul><li> Proficiency in sales tools and Salesforce CRM software a plus. </li></ul><ul><li> Analytics and strategic thinking abilities. </li></ul><ul><li> Ability to work collaboratively across departments. </li></ul><ul><li> Problem-solving and decision-making skills . </li></ul><ul><li> An ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables. </li></ul> About Us First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel. Cognito Systems LLC, a Resolution Think joint venture company, is seeking a qualified Program Analyst to provide technical and administrative program support to the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (GCERC). GCERC administers RESTORE Act funding to Gulf Coast states and federal partners for large ecosystem restoration projects that address the effects of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The successful candidate will work directly for the GCERC Programs Supervisor and will support day-to-day data entry, records management, programmatic document development, and SharePoint data operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New Orleans, Louisiana area; on-site presence at the GCERC office is required  *Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award* Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist program staff in developing and preparing essential datasets for incorporation into the COAST SharePoint site; perform quality control checks on all data prior to incorporation </li><li>Serve as the liaison between the GCERC records management contractor and program staff; identify and sort records with compliance issues and facilitate resolution according to NARA-approved records schedules </li><li>Maintain a Records Management Tracking Spreadsheet updated bi-weekly for the Program Supervisor to monitor progress toward records management requirements </li><li>Track completion of required field site visits and Field Site Visit Observation Forms; issue timely reminders to program staff as needed </li><li>Support organization of program staff documentation and assist with the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Actively listen and take notes during staff calls; format notes in standard office formats and publish to the team within 24 hours </li><li>Maintain and track progress on staff assignments; provide weekly updates to the Programs Supervisor </li><li>Maintain and track schedules for document development; flag items approaching deadlines or at risk of delay </li><li>Support drafting, formatting, and finalization of programmatic documents including reports, figures, graphics, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Google Docs (Documents, Sheets, Slides) </li><li>Prepare and deliver bi-weekly status reports covering all active tasks, initiatives, and project plans </li><li>Meet bi-weekly with the GCERC Director of Ecosystem Restoration Programs to present status reports, identify action items, and track resolution of open items </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in data management, information management, business administration, data science, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university (required) </li><li>Prior federal contractor or government program support experience </li><li>Familiarity with environmental, ecosystem restoration, or grant management programs </li><li>Experience with SharePoint site content development and data quality control </li><li>Knowledge of NARA guidelines, the Federal Records Act, and CUI safeguarding requirements </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; and Google Suite applications including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides </li><li>Data Skills: Experience organizing and managing data; extracting data from databases; developing and generating information and summary data to support technical evaluations, management, and financial record keeping </li><li>Adaptability: Willingness to receive training and direction; ability to read, interpret, and apply general procedural guidelines; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li><li>Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required </li><li>Background: Must be able to successfully pass a Public Trust (NACI Tier 1) background investigation and federal background check prior to beginning work; must be able to obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.</li></ul>Cognito Systems LLC is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action / Disability / Veterans Employer.
