Document end to end payment workflows including authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling to ensure full coverage of functional and nonfunctional requirements -Analyze existing payment products and customer journeys to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities that enhance transaction speed, reliability, and user experience . Perform impact assessments for new features and regulatory changes across upstream and downstream systems including core banking, risk, reconciliation, and reporting platforms -Partner with product owners to define and refine product roadmaps, release scopes, and success measures that align with enterprise strategy and customer needs in the digital payments space .
