This role will focus on hormone optimization, weight management therapies, peptides, and overall wellness, while also supporting aesthetic treatments plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injector who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through functional, evidence-based care.<br/><br/>*Register Nurse (RN) candidates will <u>not</u> be considered for this position.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/><b>Wellness Responsibilities:</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-left:8px">Conduct comprehensive medical consultations related to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), weight loss, peptide therapy, and other wellness services</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Evaluate lab work, vitals, and medical history to ensure treatment appropriateness and safety</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Manage follow-up care including medication titration, progress tracking, and patient education</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with state and organizational standards</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px">Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term trust and rapport.</li></ul><b>Aesthetic Responsibilities </b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-left:8px">Experienced to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Assess patient goals and recommend appropriate treatment options.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Educate clients on pre- and post-care, expected results, and product information.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Stay current with the latest industry advancements, safety standards, and continuing education.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px">Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all medical safety regulations.</li></ul><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-left:11px">Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in the <b>State of New York</b></li><li style="margin-left:11px">Minimum 5 years of Injector experience OR direct HRT, peptide therapy, and/or weight management experience preferred</li><li style="margin-left:11px"> Strong patient communication skills and ability to customize care to achieve optimal outcomes</li><li style="margin-left:11px"> Deep understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and balance.</li><li style="margin-left:11px">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.</li><li style="margin-left:11px">High ethical standards and commitment to safety and professionalism.</li><li style="margin-left:11px;margin-bottom:11px">Desire to stay informed on the latest trends and treatment innovations in aesthetics.</li></ul><b>Schedule:</b><br/>Part-time, Monday/Thursday/Friday<br/><br/><b>Benefits & Perks:</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">**Sign-on Bonus offered for an Experienced Injector**</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Employee discounts on treatments and products</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Continuing education and training opportunities</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul><b>Pay: </b><br/>In accordance with New York State law, we are providing the anticipated hourly pay range for this position: $55.00–$70.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:</div><div></div><ul><li>Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li><li>Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed</li><li>Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li><li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary</li><li>Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities</li></ul><div><b> </b></div><div><b>Benefits of Working at Matrix</b></div><div><b> </b></div><ul><li><b>Flexibility</b> – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. Increase your earning potential by offering greater availability and traveling to see members outside your home location. Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits <b>earn $1,800 – $11,500</b> per month.
