In addition to monitoring security systems, the GSOC Operator is required to properly provide timely and accurate reports/information to Security Management of all life safety events, and guide and assist business clients during emergency and non-emergency events. The GSOC Operator is responsible for using security best practices to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially could impact Open Text operations, facilities, and employees.
