This role will ensure the prompt and precise execution, validation, and reporting of laboratory tests for medical analysis, manage the technical aspects of a specific lab section including quality control and equipment, coordinate shift workflows, and contribute to research and development under supervision, while maintaining compliance and quality documentation, fulfilling roles as defined by CLIA requirements. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, MLS from the ASCP, NRCC, ABB, ASCPi is required within six (6) months of hire if not licensed in Tennessee as a medical laboratory professional.
