ul>Provides technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues; Installs, configures, and maintains desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals; Supports software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting; Assists with user account setup, password resets, and access provisioning in accordance with established policies; Performs device imaging, deployment, and lifecycle support for end-user equipment; Maintains accurate inventory of IT assets, equipment, and supplies; Installs, terminates, tests, and maintains structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber, to support network, telecommunications, access control, and surveillance systems. Administers access control systems, including provisioning/deprovisioning access credentials, troubleshooting badge access issues, and performing system maintenance; Assists with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of video surveillance systems, including cameras, recording systems, and related infrastructure; Coordinates with vendors and internal departments to maintain functionality and security of access control and camera systems.
