Department Specific Qualifications: Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline hardware, software, and audiovisual (AV) support across Miami Business School classrooms, computer labs, faculty offices, and staff workstations. Proactively monitor and maintain endpoint health by deploying software updates, system patches, and routine preventative maintenance while enforcing University IT security policies (e.g., MFA, disk encryption, endpoint protection, and access controls).
