A highly skilled Data Center Systems Technician will focuses on the operation of the NOC, preventive maintenance and monitoring and support of critical infrastructure - eg: high-density server cabinets, environmental and EPMS (Electrical and Power Monitoring Systems), electrical distribution, BAS Systems (Building Automation Systems), or BMS System (Building Monitor Systems) and control systems. Working knowledge of Networking, routing and switching protocol, and networking equipment such as Cisco, Moxa, Ubiquity, etc / communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and BACnet and the ability to resolve network and hardware problems in a timely manner.
