In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business-related field, or; • Bachelor's Degree in other field plus 3 years Cath lab work experience • Master's Degree in healthcare or business-related field, preferred • Minimum 3 years healthcare experience required • 1 year clinical leadership experience required • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, preferred • State of employment Surgical Assistant License or Surgical Technologist certification upon hire unless performing Surgical Assistance duties within the scope of another active state of employment license, certification or registration, preferred • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) with post primary certification of Cardiac-Interventional Radiography through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART), preferred • Cardiac Cath Lab operations and management, required. The Cardiac Cath Lab at St. Anthony Hospital, one of our proud Magnet® hospitals, is a four-room cardiovascular lab, where employees care for those requiring interventional and structural heart procedures, including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), MitraClip, Laser Lead Extraction, Atrial-Flutter and Atrial Fibrillation Ablation, explants and implants, Arterectomy, Balloon Angioplasty and stents.
