Under immediate supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor, Manager, or Director, the incumbent conducts laboratory and operational tasks that includes but not limited to preparing media and reagents, washing glassware, maintaining equipment, and specimen/sample accessioning, warehouse receiving, and training other laboratory technicians. Assist laboratory personnel in specimen/sample inventory and management, reagent and supply inventory, procurement, waste management and disposal, and preparation/distribution of reagents, media, supplies for laboratory testing and operations.
