This position is ideal for an MLT professional seeking a stable day shift laboratory role with opportunities to expand their experience in a collaborative clinical environment. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform laboratory testing and analysis across multiple departments including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
	</li><li>Prepare and process patient specimens while ensuring proper identification and specimen integrity
	</li><li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
	</li><li>Analyze laboratory results and report findings accurately and efficiently
	</li><li>Follow established laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards
	</li><li>Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
	</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting laboratory equipment and resolving testing issues
	</li><li>Support laboratory quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance
	</li><li>Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding laboratory results
	</li><li>Contribute to efficient daily laboratory operations as a generalist across multiple testing areas
</li></ul>Education Requirements<ul><li>Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related laboratory science field from an accredited program
</li></ul>Certification Requirements<ul><li>Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician through the American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent certifying organization
	</li><li>MLT (ASCP) certification 
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment
	</li><li>Knowledge of hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank testing procedures
	</li><li>Experience operating automated laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment
	</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate laboratory testing
	</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
	</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare team members
