Additionally, this position is responsible for the scheduling of staff, assisting in maintaining par level staffing, assists in customer service recovery, assists in dissemination of information to staff, maintenance of inventory and ordering processes, orientation, training of staff, assisting with in staff assessment and evaluation, facilitates and assists staff in meeting organizational and departmental requirements as established, implemented or amended, and acts as a resource person to other team members. BLSHCP required effective 112021 existing incumbents with HSAED will be required to renew with BLSHCP all new hires effective this same date are required to have BLSHCP within 6 months of hire or transfer.
