Skill to: lead and foster a positive team and work environment; effectively organize and plan work to meet work objectives; establish and maintain good working relationships with patients; exercise good judgment in appraising situations and in making decisions; present data with clarity and accuracy; understand and interpret complete oral and written directions, formulas and charts; provide professional and technical guidance to Laboratory staff.
