Travel is required, with per diem, to support our KY Locke project in Paducah, KY.Using company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), you should be comfortable:Working outdoors in varying weather conditionsWalking over rough, uneven terrain and standing for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours per dayRoutinely lifting and carrying 40-50 pounds of equipment and materialsSafely maneuvering field equipment around active construction sitesAbout You:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field preferred for advanced levelsAssociate Technician/Technician I: 0-2 years relevant experienceTechnician II: 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent with associate degreeTechnician III: 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent with associate degreeTechnician IV: 5+ years of relevant experience; prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plusActive Industry certifications such as: American Concrete Institute (ACI): Field Testing Grade I, strongly preferred; Strength Testing Technician; Laboratory Technician and/or International Code Council (ICC): Special Inspector, Reinforced Concrete and MasonryStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)Basic math proficiency, including understanding of measurements and units of weightThe understanding of a fluctuating schedule and interest in occasional travelYou have a valid U.S. driver's license or an International Driving Permit (IDP) valid for driving in the United States, with an acceptable driving recordYou can safely operate a company-assigned vehicle, including trucks and SUVsYou are willing to complete a background check, driving record check, and drug screen upon offer of employmentCompensation and technician level will be based on experience and industry certifications.
