Executes development and coordination of major or significant capital outlay projects through the planning, design, bidding, construction, and close out phases including but not limited to meeting with campus clients including faculty, deans, high-level administration staff, Spartanburg CHE members, and Facilities leadership, Office of State Engineer, external architects and engineers; determining project scope and duration; coordinating A/E procurement, cost estimates, and feasibility studies; implementing established budget and schedule to meet program needs and limitations; negotiating to gain consensus and final approval; and providing summary reports and direction to all parties involved.
