Responsibilities: Secure and manage surface-related agreements, including rights-of-way, water well use agreements, surface use agreements, temporary access agreements, damage releases, pipeline route agreements, booster pump agreements, and other agreements needed to support field operations. Coordinate with Houston Landmen, field foremen, and operations teams to support landowner notifications, access needs, lease obligations, surface use, operational timelines, and repairs to roads, gates, fences, creek crossings, and other surface damages.
