Ability to effectively troubleshoot, repair, replace, and perform maintenance functions such as painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical work at an acceptable level of quality. Ability to operate all types of hand tools, power tools, ladders, safety equipment, man lift, fork lift, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop.
